CeJay Associates, LLC is a management consulting business which has been in business since 2003. Our home office is located in Punta Gorda, Florida. We have associates in New York City, New Jersey, and Denver, Colorado.
With over 40 years of combined experience at the executive level, we have served on or have been advisors for numerous Boards of Directors for private, public and not-for-profit organizations.
Our team has worked in large multi-national companies Viacom/Simon & Schuster, Ralph M. Parsons, Prentice-Hall, NASD, Georgia Pacific, Weyerhaeuser, Stone Container, MacMillan Bloedel, and AFLAC.

John Gulick of CeJay Associates, LLC is an experienced business executive with more than 30 years in leadership positions; 20 of those years at the General Manager level or higher.
Responsible for 7 start-up companies and 3 turn-around operations, these businesses have had annual sales ranging from $20,000 a year to over $36 million.
John has worked in operations, sales, and overall plant management; including production management, purchasing, new product development, strategic and tactical business plan development, marketing and sales plan development, site selection, customer service, human relations, transportation, finance, and quality control.
John has also served as a board member on the Wilson County Business Advisory Council and as an advisor to the Cumberland University Business Resource Council.
John holds an MBA from New Hampshire College, and a BSBA from West Virginia University in Management and Marketing.
